About us
These terms apply when you use our website or book an appointment with Healthy Feet Clinic, 17 Villa Street, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2NY. Please read them before booking.
Our services
Our team are qualified Foot Health Practitioners. We treat common foot problems such as corns, hard skin, nail problems and verrucas. If you need more specialist care, we will tell you and suggest where to go. See our disclaimer for more about our qualifications.
Booking
- You can book online or by phone.
- Each appointment lasts 45 minutes.
- New patient appointments are £55 and returning patient appointments are £50.
- Home visits are £60, Monday to Friday at 9am or 6pm, for NG8, NG9 and NG10 postcodes. Please call to arrange one.
- Prices can change, but the price you are quoted when you book is the price you pay.
Before your appointment
Please tell us about any health conditions, allergies or medicines, especially if you have diabetes or circulation problems. This helps us treat you safely. Children under 16 must come with a parent or guardian.
Your consent
We will explain your treatment before we start and check you are happy to go ahead. You can ask questions or stop at any time.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. If we ever need to cancel, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange, at no cost to you.
Arriving late
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment so we don't keep other patients waiting. The full fee will still apply.
Paying
Payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept card or cash.
Our responsibility to you
We will always provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Using our website
The information on our website is general guidance and is not a replacement for personal advice. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can't promise the website will always be available or free from errors. The words, photos and designs on this website belong to Healthy Feet Clinic and must not be copied without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book is the one that applies to your appointment.
