Your appointment, step by step
- 1A friendly chat. We ask about your feet, your general health and any medicines you take.
- 2A careful check of your feet. We look at your skin, nails and circulation, and note anything that needs attention.
- 3Your treatment. We treat what you need, gently and with sterilised instruments.
- 4Simple advice. We explain how to look after your feet at home and suggest when to come back.

Does treatment hurt?
Most people find their treatment comfortable, and many say their feet feel better straight away. Tell us if anything feels uncomfortable and we'll stop.
Can someone come with me?
Yes, you're welcome to bring a friend or relative. Children under 16 must come with a parent or guardian.
What if I have diabetes?
Please tell us when you book. We take extra care, and you should keep going to your yearly NHS diabetic foot check too.
